Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Myeongbun (hereinafter "Company") and users in connection with the use of the saju analysis service (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2. Definitions

"Service" refers to the saju analysis, fortune interpretation, and related content provided by the Company.
"User" refers to any person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
"Member" refers to a User who has registered an account by providing personal information to the Company.
"Content" refers to all forms of information provided through the Service, including saju analysis results, text, and images.

Article 3. Effectiveness and Modification of Terms

These Terms become effective when posted on the Service or otherwise communicated to Users.
The Company may modify these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any changes will be announced in advance, specifying the effective date and reasons for the change.
Users who do not agree with the modified Terms may discontinue use of the Service and cancel their account.

Article 4. Provision of Service

The Company provides the following services:
- Saju analysis based on date and time of birth
- Personalized fortune interpretation
- Other supplementary services as determined by the Company
The Service is available 24 hours a day, year-round, in principle, but may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance or other reasons.

Article 5. Registration and Withdrawal

Membership registration is completed when a User agrees to these Terms, applies through the procedure established by the Company, and the Company approves the application.
Members may request account cancellation at any time through the settings menu within the Service, and the Company will process it promptly.
Upon withdrawal, all information except that required to be retained under applicable laws and the Privacy Policy will be deleted.

Article 6. User Obligations

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

Using another person's information without authorization
Commercially exploiting information obtained through the Service without the Company's prior consent
Interfering with the stable operation of the Service
Any other activity that violates applicable laws and regulations

Article 7. Restriction of Service Use

The Company may restrict Service use or revoke membership if a User violates the obligations in Article 6 or interferes with the normal operation of the Service.

Article 8. Disclaimer

Saju analysis and fortune interpretations provided by the Service are for reference only and do not substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice.
The Company is not liable for decisions or actions taken by Users based on Service results.
The Company is not liable for Service interruptions caused by force majeure, including natural disasters or system failures.

Article 9. Intellectual Property

All copyrights and intellectual property rights to Content provided through the Service belong to the Company. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or broadcast Content without the Company's prior consent.

Article 10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Disputes arising in connection with the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal place of business.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms are effective as of February 26, 2026.
